Dec. 15, 2014, Waupun, Wis. – Kevin Farnsworth, Deerfield, Wis., recently joined the ranks of an elite group by inseminating his 100,000th first-service cow on Nov. 25, 2014, at Battist Dairy in Waterloo. As a Member Service Representative (MSR), Farnsworth provides professional artificial-insemination (A.I.) and heat-detection service to dairy producers in the Jefferson and Dane-county area.

In his more-than 30 years of service, Farnsworth is well known among his customers for his signature cow-spotted vehicle, his eccentric and smiley personality, and his well-organized and tidy style of doing business.

“It has been my pleasure to work with Kevin for his entire career at East Central/Select Sires,” notes East Central/Select Sires General Manager Al Deming. “He is a true professional; from his vehicle identification and organization to his ability to get cows pregnant: He is one of the best.”
